With the increasing and negative effects of climate change countries around the world be taking the necessary steps to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere while this is taken place in Indonesia.These events indicate that Tesda has not adopted a model for corporate social obligation with all the negative events including corruption, lack of dialogue between groups affected by the production of palm oil and poor labour standards employed. These along with the death of persons who speak for their rights are unacceptable.The stakeholders that have legitimate claims on Tesda are the indigenous people of Indonesia whose lives have been negatively affected by plantations in which Tesda has a stake, the people who devise on these plantations, suppliers to its processing plant in the Netherlands and
